Introducing the Vulcan 60SS-10BP, a 60″ wide liquid propane restaurant range built for durability with a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame. The stainless steel exterior, including front, sides, backriser, high shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs, ensures robust construction. With ten 30,000 BTU/hr. open top burners featuring a lift-off design, this range provides versatile cooking options.
The energy-saving flashtube open burner ignition system, with one pilot for every two burners, enhances reliability. Heavy-duty cast grates, easy lift-off 12″ x 12½“ in the front and 12″ x 14½“ in the back, accommodate large cookware. The built-in aeration bowl in grates enhances efficiency. Burner knobs remain cool to the touch.
Equipped with two ovens, the left oven is a 23,000 BTU/hr. baker’s depth oven, while the right oven is a 35,000 BTU/hr. baker’s depth oven. Both ovens have porcelain bottoms and door panels, with thermostats adjustable from 250°F to 500°F. Each oven includes two racks with four positions, and the heavy-duty doors require no adjustment.
